Terms of Service for Spartan Grip Holdings Network and Products

1. Introduction Welcome to the Spartan Grip Holdings network. By transacting on our network or redeeming coins, tokens, digital units, or reward points (hereinafter collectively referred to as "Tokens"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (ToS). Please read them carefully.

2. Nature of the Tokens The Tokens you acquire are meant for utility within our network and are not investments. They are used at your own risk, and you acknowledge the possibility of a complete loss of funds. The Tokens have no intended intrinsic value.

3. Usage Restrictions Any use of the network to create products or build on the blockchain requires express permission from Spartan Grip Holdings. Unauthorized product creation or network building is strictly prohibited.

4. Fee System Acknowledgment By redeeming the Tokens, you acknowledge and agree to our 80% and 90% fee system that decreases daily. Attempting to circumvent this fee system, especially as an angel or private buyer, is a violation of these ToS and will lead to legal action for recovery of costs, damages, and fees.

5. Risk Acknowledgment You understand and accept that you may lose all your Tokens due to hacks, faulty code, or fraudulent transactions. Spartan Grip Holdings is not liable for any such losses. Your participation in the network implies acceptance of these risks.

6. External Transaction and Custody No exchange, entity, individual, or Decentralized Autonomous Organization (DAO) is permitted to facilitate transactions outside the imposed fee structure. Providing custody solutions or facilitating transactions that bypass our fees will result in nullification of involved Tokens. Only exchanges with express permission are allowed to list our Tokens.

7. Limitation of Liability You acknowledge that the value of Tokens could reduce to zero. Spartan Grip Holdings is not liable for any losses incurred due to bugs, hacks, contract faults, or other unforeseen issues. We disclaim any liability for such incidents.

8. Changes to ToS We reserve the right to modify these ToS at any time. Your continued use of the network and products after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new ToS.
